Their team of Program Instructors runs the outdoor program by leading trails, teaching activities, staying in cabins with students, and assisting on leadership when necessary. New Jersey Campaign Positions Immediate positions are available with the Lonegan Campaign in the Special U.S. Senate election to fill the seat left vacant by the death of Sen. Frank Lautenberg. New York Montfort Academy Positions The Montfort Academy is a co-educational, Roman Catholic high school that is thoroughly loyal to the magisterium of the Church and steeped in a classical curriculum that emphasizes the great achievements of Western Civilization. Oklahoma Director of Development  Purpose The Director of Development at St. Philip Neri Catholic Newman Center is to educate, inspire and inform parents, alumni, faculty, staff and members of the community about the mission of the Newman Center. The Director of Development is in charge of the day-to-day working of the Newman Center when Chaplain is not present. Goal   The Director of Development should build long-term relationships with these stakeholders and invite them to become directly involved in sustaining and expanding the mission. Financial support is often a direct and important result of this relationship. Ideal Candidate The Director of Development should be a practicing and faithful Catholic in good standing with the Church. Supervision The Director of Development works under the direct supervision of the Chaplain. General Purpose The Director of Development: Provides leadership, strategic direction, management and coordination at the Newman Center. Creates fundraising strategies that increase the organization’s support from individuals, corporations, foundations, and other sources. Plays a key role in identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major donors for capital campaigns, alumni giving, grant proposal preparation, endowment contributions, and annual gifts. Works in close collaboration with the Chaplain and the Advisory Board and other senior staff and key volunteer leadership to achieve the fundraising goals of the organization.
