Financial Analyst

Overview:
The CAC Group is seeking a financial analyst for its commercial real estate brokerage (leasing and sales) operations in San Francisco.  Prior experience in Finance required. This particular role is vitally important to the success of the company and we are looking for a hard-working, high-energy, motivated, dedicated, detail-oriented individual.

Major Responsibilities:
• Financial Analysis/NPV Analyses: work with Brokers to analyze various proposals (side by side) or one-off ideas, proposals, hypothetical’s; make sure they’re equipped with the best information so that they can present options clearly and concisely to their clients
• Market Research: work with team of analysts to ensure all market research is of the highest quality and remains up to date and accessible to all Brokers
• Database Upkeep: work with analysts and support staff to divide and conquer maintaining the company’s proprietary database
• Weekly/Monthly Reporting: ensure all weekly and monthly reports are kept up to date and are accurate
• Participate in Sales Meetings: take the lead in sales meetings, discussing what’s happened in the market; take notes; reports comps; etc.
• Quarterly Reports: work with analyst team at end of every quarter to produce the company’s highly sought after Quarterly Report
• Leasing & Marketing Support: assist Brokers with any and all leasing and marketing support including (but not limited to): taking pictures of buildings, creating maps, producing marketing reports, leasing reports, etc.
• Surveys / Maps: work with Brokers to produce surveys based on different requirements, needs, desires of various clients
• Pitches and Presentations: assist Brokers in producing Pitches and Presentations for a variety of clients including: Landlord clients/prospects; Tenant clients/prospects; etc.
• Leasing Reports: assist various Brokers in maintaining and updating reports
• Proposals: when asked, help Brokers in preparing, editing and analyzing proposals

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Financial / Market Research Background
• Real Estate License (preferred, not required)
• Willingness to occasionally work after hours, on weekends, or as needed
• Extensive experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Experience with InDesign, Argus, Filemaker (preferred, not required)
